Hi! Thanks for stopping by to find out all about me! My name is Rebecca and I have been a Close To My Heart Consultant since August 1998 (TEN years now! WOW!). I have had an amazing time while being a Consultant and look forward to growing even further with the company.
I am happily married and am the proud mom of four (new baby July 29, 2008!) beautiful & amazing children!! The children are the highlight of my scrapbook pages and my husband is my inspiration to do what I do! He encourages me in my business and takes the time to learn about the products and share in my artwork. The children LOVE to pour over their albums and delight in new pages that I have completed about them and our lives. That definitely makes it all worth while!!
I LOVE background & texture papers!! Its actually how I came to become a consultant. I had been scrapbooking for many years and fell head-over-heals in love with those printed papers. Someone who knew about this passion of mine asked me if I had heard of D.O.T.S.® papers... I hadn't and was quickly intrigued! I called the Referral Line, talked to a Consultant, and had a party!! I didn't even know how to stamp until that day! The rest is history, and several years later... here I am!!
I also LOVE embellishments! Ribbons, eyelets, brads, fibers, buttons, beads, and more are my latest passions!! They're so fun to work with! I love the different levels of creativity that Close To My Heart products offer.
I have always LOVED photography! I am learning more and more as I take more photographs. The children are my main subject, and I like to experiment with light and use black and white film periodically, though my digital camera seems to be the one I grab most often lately. Learn from my mistakes... BE SURE AND BACK UP DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHS OFTEN!!
